Exo31 Graphic Design - Terms and Conditions

Introduction

• By engaging in services with Exo31, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear and smooth working relationship for all parties involved

Services

• Exo31 offers a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, marketing materials, and website design.

Project Turnaround Time

• Website Design: The standard turnaround time is 2 weeks from the date of finalizing the project scope and receiving all necessary materials.

• Other Design Work: The typical turnaround time for all other design work is 3-5 working days, though this may vary depending on project complexity.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are required to provide all necessary content, materials, and information for the project in a timely manner. Any delays in receiving these materials may result in a delayed project timeline.

Revisions

• Exo31 provides up to three rounds of revisions for each project. Additional revisions beyond this will incur an additional fee.

Payment Terms

• Website Design: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to the final delivery of the website.

• Other Design Work: Full payment is required before the final delivery of any artwork. Invoices must be processed in full before the release of any design files.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

Amendments for Flyers

• Initial Design and Amendments: For flyer designs, the initial cost is typically £25. If the client wishes to make amendments to the completed flyer, future changes will be charged at a discounted rate of £5 per amendment.

• PSD File Purchase: Clients can purchase the original PSD files for self-editing at a special rate. This allows for greater flexibility if the client wishes to make further changes on their own.

Ownership of Work

• Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final design files. Exo31 retains the right to showcase the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed will be billed at an hourly rate.

• Exo31 reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide necessary information or materials, or if communication is not maintained. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Liability

• Exo31 is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of information, arising out of the use of or inability to use the final product.

• The client is responsible for the final proofreading and approval of all work. Exo31 is not responsible for any errors after final approval.

Confidentiality

• Exo31 will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's consent.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

Amendments

• Exo31 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
